How to Use the She Lift
Helps the bladder empty fully for improved comfort and fewer urinary tract infections.

Rinse the device or apply lubricant if needed.

Find a comfortable position either standing or sitting.

Hold the funnel securely with one hand.

Insert the vaginal lift into the vagina leaving a small gap between the funnel and your skin to allow airflow.

Aim the funnel and void.

Removing: relax and gently withdraw the She Lift when finished.

Wash with soap and water. Dry and store for next use.
Step by Step Instructions

Find a comfortable position either standing or sitting.
3.
Hold the funnel securely with one hand, tilt and begin to insert into vaginal canal.
4.
Insert the vaginal lift so that it sits comfortably inside, leaving a small gap between the funnel and your body to allow airflow.
5.
Aim the funnel and void.
6.
Removing: relax and gently withdraw the She Lift when finished.
7.
Wash with soap and water. Dry and store for next use.
