HOW TO USE:

1. Rinse the device or apply lubricant if needed

2. Find a comfortable position either standing or sitting

3. Hold the funnel securely with one hand

5. Aim the funnel and void

   1. Removing: relax and gently withdraw the She Lift when finished. Wash with soap and water. Dry and store for next use.
